Solidarity letter to PGFTU

Internationellt On March 8, the PGFTU office in Gaza, which consists of a five-story building and is connected to services for workers, including a nursery for 380 children and a bakery, was bombed by Israeli occupation forces. The profound impact this has on PGFTU’s possibilities to fight for Palestinian workers’ rights is an attack on the work for justice, peace and the protection of workers’ right everywhere, without exception. This attack is a stark reminder of the challenges facing workers and their unions in conflict zones everywhere and reminds us why solidarity in our struggle for workers’ rights is needed.
